Kenny Rogers announces this will be his Final Tour of Australia!
The City Muster brings Kenny Rogers, triple Grammy winner, Country Music Hall of Fame legend and contemporary music icon, to the Sandalford Estate Swan Valley on Sunday 8 February, as part of his Through The Years World Tour.
Kenny will share the stage from with our own multi-awarded stars Kasey Chambers, Adam Harvey, Beccy Cole, and Chelsea Basham in a sensational five hour Country spectacular for all the family.
Since his sold out 2012 visit, Kenny has been honoured with an induction into the American Country Music Hall of Fame and the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award, which gave him his sixth Country Music Association Award. Other accolades include three Grammy Awards, eighteen American Music Awards, eight Academy of Country Music Awards and more than one hundred and twenty million album sales - one Diamond, twenty Platinum and thirty two Gold, making him one of the Top Ten Best Selling Artists of All Time.
Kenny is an enduring artist with a distinctive voice, gift for storytelling and universal appeal. He has consistently sold out venues where he performs from a chart topping catalogue, spanning seven decades and multiple genres – The Gambler, Coward of the County, Reuben James, Lucille, Ruby Don't Take Your Love to Town, Lady, She Believes in Me, Islands in the Stream, We've Got Tonight, Daytime Lovers, Sweet Music Man, You Decorated My Life, Buy Me A Rose, I Can’t Unlove You, Through The Years and more.
Kenny’s thirty second studio album released in 2013, You Can’t Make Old Friends, was a magical reunion for the recording of the title track duet with best friend Dolly Parton (only the third time in the studio since their Real Love hit in 1985) and The Gambler songwriter, Don Schlitz. The duet performance garnered a Grammy Award nomination and the album, You Can’t Make Old Friends, scored Kenny his twenty second Top 10 Country Album on the American chart.
As an actor, Kenny starred as Brady Hawkes in The Gambler - five films which became the longest running mini-series franchise on American television and another film inspired by his hit, Coward of the County.
His 2012 autobiography, Luck Or Something Like It - A Memoir, was a New York Times Best Seller on release and continues to receive stellar reviews. Kenny has also produced several books of photography and this year, received an Honorary Masters of Photography from the Professional Photographers of America.

Dedicated ACROD Parking is available. There is a dedicated ACROD entrance at the main gate - PLEASE LOOK FOR THE SIGNS. ACROD seating is available and we issue free of charge tickets to Carers. On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance in accessing the concert site. Please note Sandalford is a winery and there are some uneven surfaces and inclines. Our staff are there to help. There are dedicated toilets on the concert site. Aerosol cans (such as those used for sun screen, insepct repellant etc) are NOT permitted.
It should be noted that once you are ticketed onto Sandalford Estate you will have access to an expanded and extensive network of Food and Beverage outlets. Due to Licensing restrictions, strictly no BYO alcohol and no glass can be brought into nor taken from the venue. This is a fully licensed event with full bar service available. Patrons must observe and adhere to the local licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol practices.
Anti Social Behaviour
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in ejection from the venue. Any person who behaves in this manner will be removed or handed to the Police.
Cans of soft drink are permitted. Aerosol cans are NOT permitted.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Recording of stage performances using audio, video or professional grade photographic equipment is not permitted. Cameras with a detachable lens will not be permitted.
A cloakroom will be available at the event.
We encourage you to dance immediately in front of your seat and have a great time but please respect your fellow patrons sitting behind you or near you. There is strictly no dancing or viewing the concert in the aisles.

All types of umbrellas are strictly forbidden inside the concert arena. Reserved seat and VIP ticket holders have a pre-allocated seat ready for them and do not need to bring any type of seating.
No wine glasses or bottles are permitted to be brought into the venue. Small glass jars containing food items such as cheese or olives are permitted. Please notify our friendly event staff immediately should any of your glass items break.
All types of metal cutlery is strictly forbidden to be brought into the concert venue. You can of course can bring plastic cutlery (same as used on the airlines).
Parking is available on site at Sandalford however we strongly encourage all patrons to use public transport. Please allow additional time if you are driving and parking at the venue. No parking is permitted on surrounding street verges or local residents property (NB Rangers from local councils will be issuing infringements to vehicles parking illegally around the perimeter of Sandalford Estate). The carpark and areas outside the concert green at Sandalford Estate will have an enforced liquor ban in place on the day of the concert. This simply means that it is a legal offence for Alcohol to be consumed or carried on Sandalford Estate during these times.
Passouts will NOT be available at the event, so please ensure that you take everything that you require into the concert upon arrival.
Prior to the ticket gate entry we are required to execute a full search of your accompanying bags, to ensure you are not in possession of Alcohol or other illegal items. Should these items be in your possession you may be refused access.
Due to fire concerns, THIS IS A SMOKE FREE EVENT. Limited designated smoking areas will be available, however smoking is not permitted in any other area other than the designated areas – anyone found smoking outside of designated smoking areas will be asked to leave.
We suggest taking public transport to and from Midland Train Station.

Tickets can be collected at the Ticketek Box Office at the venue just prior to the show, however patrons are urged to collect their tickets prior to showday, to avoid long queues on the night. VIP ticket holders
Please present your VIP ticket or parking voucher (if you were issued with one) on entry to gain access into the dedicated entrance off Reid Highway. Important: IF YOU ARE DRIVING, PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO GET TO THE VENUE AND PARK YOU CAR - EXPECT DELAYS OF BETWEEN 40-50 MINUTES IN GETTING INTO AND THEN OUT OF THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW. Your VIP function starts at 5.30pm.
Free drinking water outlets are provided. You may bring plastic water bottles but only if they are sealed.
Please note we play rain or shine. You may bring wet weather protection such as ponchos and raincoats however umbrellas are not permitted. If it rains, the show will go on. The show will only be abandoned if conditions are deemed dangerous. Refunds will only be available at the point of purchase, if a show is abandoned or cancelled. The decision to cancel a show will be made on show day.
